Spiritual Check-Up
A 45-Day Biblical Examination for Renewing Your Walk with God
Most physical health problems do not announce themselves loudly. They develop quietly, slowly, and without obvious symptoms until something is wrong enough to demand attention. The same is true in the spiritual life. A believer can keep the schedule, say the right things, and attend every service while the heart drifts, conviction fades, and faith becomes routine rather than real.
Spiritual Check-Up is a 45-day biblical guide for the kind of honest self-examination the apostle Paul commanded: “Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves.”
The first forty days address the full range of a Christian’s inner and outer life, one examination question per day, covering salvation and the condition of the heart, Scripture and prayer, sin and hidden places, faith and fear, family and home, work and money, church and fellowship, relationships and forgiveness, and how to build continued growth. Each day includes the full KJV Scripture passage, plain teaching, warning signs, healthy signs, reflection questions, a practical step, and prayer.
The final five days teach you how to build your own devotional path — your own examination questions, your own Scripture selections, your own prayer practice — so the growth does not end when the book does. Six appendices provide worksheets, discussion guides, a 30-day prayer renewal plan, and a Scripture index.
This book is not written to produce fear. It is written to produce honesty — the kind that leads a believer back under the Word of God and back into faithful obedience.
“Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” — Psalm 139:23–24 (KJV)
